Not only that, but lemon juice added to water can help keep you regular, it can control excessive bile in your body, and it actually aids with digestion and gets rid of heartburn. You can also try and add the juice of a lime, kind of like how they created the new lemon flavored and lime flavored diet coke. So the next time you go to fill your glass with water, cut up a lemon and squeeze the juice from it and enjoy a refreshing flavored water.
